Shipping & Returns
Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 15 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
- If the original packaging is too damaged to be return back, please use similar box no longer than 108 inch.
- Any Outbound shipping charge cannot be refunded, such as shipping fee.
- Open Box items cannot be returned.
- Products must be in intact while returning.
Damaged or Defected Item
We know how frustrating a damaged or defective item can be.
Damaged Or Defective Item Policy:
You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 15 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
